I was out of town and when I got back my AC wasn’t working. I called the OWNER of the company and HE picked up! This was on Sunday evening of Memorial Day Weekend! He tried to trouble shoot the issue on the phone with no luck. He said he would have someone here on Tuesday morning which he did as promised. It turned out to be a faulty thermostat which he replaced free of charge since my AC unit was still under warranty. I don’t think I have ever experienced this level of service from any company.
