An AC tune-up typically includes:

• Air filter: Replacing or cleaning the air filter

• Condenser coil: Water wash the condenser coil and surrounding area (Chemical cleaning is additional cost)

• Thermostat: Checking and calibrating the thermostat

• Refrigerant levels: Checking the refrigerant/freon levels

• Electrical connections: Checking and tightening electrical connections

• Lubrication: Lubricating moving parts

• Condensate drain: Checking the condensate drain

• Ductwork: Checking ductwork for leaks or blockages

• Evaporator coil: Inspecting the evaporator coil

• Blower: Inspecting the blower component and motor
