Exact Temp Heating & Cooling, Inc is a locally owned and operated Heating and Air-Conditioning company servicing the Charlotte area. We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed in the State of North Carolina.

We specialize in both brand new and replacement units. We have the ability and knowledge to service all makes and models of equipment. Our service technicians have the most up to date training, are certified and insured. To keep your company and home up and running, our commercial and residential HVAC technicians are trained in detail to repair, troubleshoot, install, and maintain HVAC systems regardless of size or type.

"They have always gone above and beyond. I've been with them 4 or 5 years now. Kenny was at my house a few days ago to fix a broken fan motor in my air handler that was under warranty. He went ahead and checked the other unit and ended up finding a wire that was burnt and would eventually short out. He also pulled coils out of my whole house fresh air system (came with the house) and cleaned them. I've owned this house since 2012 and never done it. It was very dirty. You might be wondering how much did the non warranty work cost? Nothing. He just went ahead and did it.
