your visit.

  • Inspect outdoor unit panels. Check for damaged or broken pieces on the unit.

  • Remove any debris from the outdoor coil. Leaves, grass, or weeds can cause an issue.

  • Repair or replace any damaged pipe or missing insulation.

  • Check your indoor air filters. This is an easy way to lower your home cooling cost.

  • Check the condensate drain lines. Check for leaks from the pipe.

  • Make sure supply vents and return grills are open and free from dust.

  • Check and clean dehumidifiers.
